By accessing or using fvi-sms services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Fvi-sms provides cloud-based SMS and telephony infrastructure, including 2-way messaging, SIP trunking, cloud call center solutions, and related communication APIs.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis plus usage charges as specified in your plan. Cryptocurrency payments are processed at prevailing exchange rates. Refunds are governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for spam, illegal activities, harassment, or any purpose that violates telecommunications regulations in any jurisdiction where you operate.
Limitation of Liability
Fvi-sms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
